About Taylor McFarlane

She is a Maine native raised right in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. She graduated from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill where obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Communications. She also represented the Tar Heels in the pool as a celebrated swimmer and was captain of the team her senior year.

 

Taylor has a very outgoing personality, and people are drawn to her open, honest, and easy way of communicating. She has the ability to immediately bond with her clients and brings great enthusiasm to the McFarlane Field Team. She is proud to say that her network, knowledge, and warmth are what set her apart. She epitomizes integrity and attention to detail in every real estate transaction, which has resulted in her rapid growth and success in the real estate industry in just a few short years. Today, whether working with those new to the process or the very experienced, each transaction gets 100 percent of her attention and expertise.

 

She moved back to Maine with her husband Phil in 2015 and joined the family business. Prior to real estate, she owned a successful graphic and web design company with her mother. Taylor and Phil have two young ones and take every opportunity to get out and experience all that Maine has to offer, as a family. Taylor is an active member of her community and brings a wealth of local knowledge to her clients.
